Natalie Portman was flying solo in NYC on Thursday — well, not totally solo, thanks to her four-legged buddy — without Devendra by her side for the first time in a while. She also left her slouchy necessities at home in favor of a perfectly put-together and hip outfit. Hard-working Natalie doesn't have any more movies on her schedule to film for the time being, and while I'm sure she'll be busy soon enough, she certainly deserves some lazy Summer days with her new boyfriend and doggie.

i love natalie, and i hate to say it but i think that when she's not with her man, she looks great, but then his style rubs off on her too much and she goes down hill. oh well. she's established herself so she doesn't have to worry about that nonsense.
