Wowzers at the Whitney last night! Rachel Bilson looked smokin' hot in her mini Herve Leger dress. We found out she was hosting the Whitney Art Auction shortly after sadly being crowned the worst dressed at the Costume Gala, but it looks like Ms Bils redeemed herself tonight. It's weird to ever think of the adorable starlet as super sexy but in a dress like that it's hard to avoid. The Whitney Art Party was presented by Max Azria (posing with Bilson) which also explains all the Herve dresses worn last night. James Franco also showed off his cute self on the red carpet. Hmm, they kind of look cute next to each other, don't they?

35For those asking about the dress- this specific Herve Leger dress comes in many different guises (strapless,long,short,etc) but always with that "bandage" effect. Lohan had a rainbow one a while ago. BTW-I think Rachel looks great!

I don't think she's that skinny, to be honest. At least compared to the really skinny celebrities. Rachel is just really petite. Her hair could've gone with the outfit better, though. Up makes her look more bare. Down would've been soo much better.
They stand like that because then they can jut their collarbone out at the same time, while not feeling like they're standing around aimlessly. Plus it's something to do with their less dominant hand while their clutch is in the right. Assuming they're right handed.
