We all know that Matthew McConaughey loves a good party, and according to Star, he was living it up in Nicaragua in early June, getting wasted and hitting on as many girls as possible before heading outside to search for a missing flip-flop in a ditch. The best part is that MM responded with an e-mail to New York Daily News that read:
"Drunk? Absolutely. Nicaragua is a beautiful place, epic waves, the best surfing I have ever been on. And yes, I'm STILL looking for my left flip-flop. So if anyone finds it floating around down there (it has 6:22 stitched into the side), please send it my way. There is a reward."
While he didn't admit to any illicit behavior behind Camila's back, it sounds like Matthew isn't ashamed of having a little fun. What do you think of his adventures in Nicaragua — sleazy or funny?

29I love how people try to act like they don't ever have one night where they drink too much every now and then. If you don't drink at all it's a different story, but it was ONE NIGHT! It's not like he's going on a 3 week coke binge. Geez! Let the man have a night of fun with his friends. And good for Camilla for not being over protective and trusting her man with time away for surfing.

31Well, the difference is that Kate Moss is a drug addict, without a sense of humor, and a horrible example to her daughter (whenever she is around- not too often). She hangs out with gross, dangerous people like Dreamboat Doherty.
This dude is just a hippie having fun, who is nice and approachable, and a generally good person. How long is he going to be with this chick guys? 5 more months? He will certainly be a good dad, there for his child, teaching him to respect love and nature (he rescued dogs after Katrina!), maybe lighting up a doobie or two when he grows up. That would be a lot to say for Moss, whose daughter is already concerned with designers and fashion.

32One other thing...He has a home about 20 minutes away from mine. His neighbors and people in the small town say that he is always polite and never imposes a hollywood ego on them. Now if this starts happening every night then it's something to freak out about.

I am biased though, I have a major soft spot for McConaughey...partially because of his character in "Contact" (one of my fave movies ever..)
..But mostly from a single line his delightfully sleazy (and yet oddly charming) character uttered in "Dazed and Confused" which is one of the funniest lines I have ever heard in a movie, ever:
"That's what I love 'bout 'dem high school girls. I get older, and they stay the same age..."
