Newly single Anne Hathaway showed off a short haircut and her glowing smile out promoting Get Smart in NYC today. Earlier this week, we were happy to hear that she broke up with her boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri, after his most recent bout of legal problems. While Anne has apparently moved out of their apartment, she's still defending him, and the two remain friends. He's always seemed sketchy to us, but Anne has stuck by him through so much. So we want to know: Were you surprised when you heard Anne finally dumped Raffaello?

12Yeah really glad to see her wise up. According to the reports about the foundation, he put her in jeopardy as well because she was on the board. Publicity and image-wise it was a smart move. But break-ups are never easy so you kinda have to feel bad for her. The haircut looks great though!

15I don't fault Anne, because there are a lot of things you don't learn about a person until you're way deep. I understood her trying to stand by him through the bad...but she did the right thing by letting him go.

18the thing is, I just read her interview on the July issue of InStyle and she was talking about how great they were together, and how they moved in because she anyway was only spending one night a month at her place and so on... I hope she didn't just do this for PR purposes.
