Britney Spears took a break from being by the side of new mom Jamie Lynn and baby Maddie Briann [1] for a moment yesterday stopping off at a convenience store in nearby Kentwood. The pop princess has a lot of love back in her hometown hood, but didn't look entirely cheery to be spotted so far away from LA where she's rumored to be recording a new album [2]! Kentwood residents and distant Spears relatives have been happy to chime in well wishes for Jamie Lynn [3]. While we wait to see those first baby pics — from her ongoing OK! magazine deal [4] of course — it's nice to see the Spears girls back at home bonding over their newest addition.
