i dont know why anyone should care about anyones weight apart from their own, i know its a cliche but if she's happy, why should she care what other people think, if she was fat then no one would say anything..i know it sounds harsh but it's true

Oh hills...this is an open "happy" forum, but we like to express opinions good or bad nonetheless. For me it's just shocking to see people this skinny. There are health issues involved when people are too fat (and we probably would say something in respect to that as well), however being too skinny is alarming as well!

Hills, I would beg to differ. If somebody is outlandishly and unhealthy FAT, I am going to comment on it. And let's be real here, fat people do NOT have it easy in the world, for the reason that people talk about them all the time...probably more than someone on the thin side.

I think she is gorgeous, but she does look unhealthy here. She looked better in Pirates.

Love Keira's dress. She has a very unique look...she looks like she's from another era. I think she's very beautiful.

I love them both.. I think Keira looks great in the purple dress and sienna looks a million times better than she did the other night... Regarding Keiras weight.. yes she is skinny but I don't think we can accuse her of an eating disorder.. a small appetite and the pressure to remain on the smaller side maybe... She's got enough good sense and people around her to seek help if she did have a ED.

Purple dress is very becoming on Keira, but I think she should mind the nudity. I like her a lot, but I can't imagine her bosom, or certainly, lack thereof, as being pivotal to a love scene. Sans bra might work with a sheet instead, but full frontal breasts of Keira ain't gonna cut it!

It seems to me that when it comes to body fat women just can't win. We're jabbed at if we're too skinny yet put a couple of pounds on and everyone screams get back to the gym. Reese Witherspoon runs and works out but when pics of her in her bikini were splashed all over the net the comments ranged from very average body to she was fat because she had some padding around her stomach and hips. I find the whole thing very sad.

Keira always appears slightly PO'd (I've seen her up close at a screening and even then...). More, like, a forbidding look. Sienna always look like she's having fun. There's a certain playfulness about her.

that's so true, lucyS. it's vicious and sad the way people comment on these things. having been the subject of "um, gee, you are WAY too skinny; do you have an eating disorder?" comments for most of my adult life, i really kind of resent the strange fascination people have with this sort of thing. it's bizarre and awful. and if you are naturally thin, it becomes like a witch hunt: here come the eating disorder allegations. not to sound hokey, but seriously, be healthy and happy with your body, whatever its shape. learn to embrace it.

why would keira need a bra in the first place. she looks like barney's anorexic little sister. sorry, but the truth is the truth.

I agree that everyone should "embrace" their natural body shape and frame. When others speculate as to another's ED, it's usually their problem.

The thing with Keira's weight is that she wasn't always this skinny. (Bend it like Beckham) If she was always this ridiculously tiny I doubt there'd be as much comments on it. Comments yes, comments about her being too skinny, probably, but not about her having an eating disorder. And yes, she should be happy with her body. And healthy. But it doesn't look like she's either.

There have been SO many stories about thin actresses having eating disorders. I mean, didn't Keira Knightley sue a paper for making the claim that she was anorexic? It happens all the time. That's all I'm saying. And true, she wasn't as thin in Bend It Like Beckham, but she was also younger then. People's bodies obviously can change as they get older. They lose or gain wight, whatever.

If she wasn't always this skinny, maybe she started eating less? I weighed more in high school because i loved snacking on junk-food like candy, and in my early 20s i became much pickier and could control my cravings to a larger extent (not a bit interested in candy, though i love the higher priced junk food like french soft cheeses and chocolate)... i am not a skinny person but i think it is normal to lose some weight after the teenage years, or maybe just at different periods in ones life. lifestyles can change a lot during adolescence. i , cooking, food, but also loves pilates and cycling, and cannot gain weight--- to each his own... her body is just not an issue to me. stress/depression or hard work and a busy schedule can also make you lose (or gain) weight, right?

Probably 70% of the time gossip isn't even true. Observing something isn't the same as having an "issue" with it, IMHO.

and what is so interesting showing your boobs? people (mostly Americans) so need to many parts of the states and people will start feeding their children with what is best with out inconvenience of having to stay home or feel ashamed. breasts in a sex scene/ or in context of a movie or feeding a baby = fine/good.

Haha she took off her bra for the movie? She has nothing underneath the bar, and why would she even be wearing a bra in the first place???? She said it her self in an interview that she has absolutley no boobs and the only time she ever did was when they painted them on her for Pirates of the Carribean (Allure magazine 2007).

Keira Knightly is visibly thinner from Feb 08 to now...that's frightening.

I'm doubting that anyone will read this far down the page, but.. Guys, it's possible just to be skinny, no matter what you eat. Case in point: I eat like an absolute pig (I used to have cake icing for dinner, don't ask), and I've never weighed more than 115. I love Keira, she gives a-cup girls like me hope!!
