I think if a stupid photog gets in the way of a moving vehicle, or one that someone is attempting to move, in order to get a picture of the driver they deserve to get hit. It really irritates me to see swarms of paparrazzi crammed around a car when the celebrity is trying to leave somewhere. Of course feet are going to be run over and people bumped into! I like gossip and I enjoy pictures of celebs like everyone here, but I really think they go too far to get a picture sometimes. How is LL even supposed to see the guy with what were I'm sure dozens of flashes going off?

i love lindsay so i might be a little biased here but i really agree with jifaner. we have all seen videos of her trying dry away from somewhere and it's normal that some paparrazi standing right in front of her got hit. as jifaner said, how is she even supposed to see with all those flashes? i mean she probably wasn't 100% sober, as much as I love LL i just dont think she could stay away from alcohol while going out every single night, but honestly she doesnt look so out of it here like she does in some pictures. i think it would be really unfair to call her a stupid b*tch because of this particular incident.
