Leo has been out of the country for a few days, but he's hardly on a standard celeb vacation. Instead of shopping and tanning, Leo has been in Israel getting cultured and spending time with Bar's family. The couple has been trying to keep a low profile as they visited the Yad Vashem [Holocaust memorial] museum and other sights. Unfortunately, their romantic getaway was interrupted when two of Leo's bodyguards were arrested on Monday. Here's more:
DiCaprio, 32, and his girlfriend, model Bar Refaeli, 21, were taking a private tour of the Western Wall tunnels, next to Judaism's holiest site, the Western Wall, in the Old City of Jerusalem, Haaretz reports.
According to Rosenfeld, a crowd of photographers was waiting outside the tunnels for the couple to emerge when the trouble occurred.
DiCaprio was photographed with his head down and face obscured by a black hat, surrounded by guards amid the melee. The couple were bundled into a waiting white van, which sped from the area.
I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for celebs to get mobbed while trying to take a little quiet vacation. However, I wouldn't mind seeing one or two cutesy pics of their trip a la Jess and John.
UPDATE - Leo's bodyguards were not arrested, but taken in for questioning. Since then, the paparazzi have been issued a 30-day restraining order to stay away from Leo and Bar.

8TMZ says the paparazzi got a 30 day restraining order to stay away from leo and bar. It's too bad Leo can't go somewhere public like that without getting hassled in this way. Probably if they photogs. just didn't get so pushy, none of this would have happened. Leo goes around all the time in LA without getting hassled so if the razzis just treat celebs like humans, they'd get better results. Leo and Bar never broke up, I think the gossip rags just made that up because they are such a private couple and have nothing exciting to write about.
9PS I don't think being an actor means having to put up with harrassment like that - just my opinion. They have rights like anyone else.

11The reason Leo and Bar don't have any cutesy vacay pics is because Papa Perv is busy in Italy running backwards taking shots of Buck Teeth and Bug Eyes.
12i totally agree with natalie, like when celebs go to places like The Ivy and Kitson, then they know they should expect to be harassed but like i just feel bad because leo's there to learn about the culture and get to kno bar's family and this all occured near one of the holiest areas in israeli, its just like a violation of respect. and i understand that celebs should expect this kind of thing but just like natalie said, that doesnt make it right or means they deserve it in anyway
