The actor was a little (understandably) annoyed with the photographers outside his place so decided the best plan of attack would be to throw a feeble Burger King hamburger in their direction. (Uh, dude, for the record, even Lohan runs you over - sorry, sorry - in paparazzi deterring.) Perhaps the photogs should stick to covering him when he's out with those beautiful kids of his; he's a lot better natured then.
