Coldplay wrapped up their trio of free shows at MSG last night with some famous blondes cheering from the audience. Of course Gwyneth Paltrow was there to support her husband Chris Martin while Charlize Theron and Kirsten Dunst were just there to enjoy the music and theatrics. Afterwards, Gwyneth and Chris partied the night away with the likes of Ed Burns. By all accounts the show was a success, with only a few minor technical glitches, and the band pleased the crowd by playing the hits. Viva La Vida currently sits at the top of the US Billboard's Hot 100 chart and is expected to top the album chart as well — not too shabby. Of the triumph, Martin said on stage, "It just goes to show you what good marketing and a handsome bass player can do."

15I was at the show in NYC last night and it was AWESOME!!! The music was great, the effects were great and the band was really cute and very personable. And Ed Burns' band opened for them (but no one knew it was him).
