It was a good morning for Britney Spears. She and Kevin were back in court today for another custody hearing, and the judge granted Britney overnight visitation. Apparently Britney was happy with this new step in the right direction and smiled as she left the courtroom despite this scowl in the car on her way out. We're always glad to hear good news on the Spears family front, and we'll be interested to see if Brit is granted even more visitation on their next hearing July 15th.

I'm sure the overnight visits have been granted because her father is living with her. When the kids are there, Jamie has 3 kids to look after.

Some of you are just disgusting. For one the judge knows what is going on and has all the news you do not have. He has facts, not rumors. This is about two kids who love their mother and want to see their mother and about a mother who has been working to get her kids back. Isn't that what people should be happy about? Not about you not liking Britney Spears. If she is showing progress, she is showing progress and should get her kids back.
As for it being unrealistic she got her kids back, that's bull. She has been photographed and filmed when no "normal" mother would. Her being famous has not worked in her best interest in this custody case.

She looks good and good for her for making the changes in her life to get things back to the way they should be..and for the people that say its only because her dad is there...that cant be true, just because he is there DOES NOT mean that she has to change the way she was acting....she made that choice once the crazies were away from her. Just my opinion though!

Having her dad around would help, but I highly doubt the judge would let her have overnight visits unless she had shown some improvement. If there was danger she'd go crazy around them like she did in January, she wouldn't get visitation.
