Even supermodels have to indulge in ice cream sometimes! Mmmm, delicious. The self-proclaimed non-dieter (lucky girl) grabbed a cool treat with her three kids and mom Erna to beat the heat in Manhattan yesterday. Johan is just too precious. 8I thought that Heidi was definatly very concious when it comes to eating. I remember they filmed her and Seal in a restaurant and she was going over a menu and said that they could def not have the carbs, because they are avoiding them.

12Misleading about her eating habits. She's talked about watching what you eat lots of times. She probably has a small treat every once in a while, but she doesn't just eat whatever she wants all the time.
13Those kids are so cute. Johan is so adorable, Henry's tantrum made me laugh and Leni is just sweet little girl. Komisch.
I hope Heidi speaks German exclusively with them.
14Lola you're right, but what they're saying is she doesn't "diet". Meaning she eats certain foods and not others. That's not dieting if you're doing it all the time.
She has said many times that she'll eat things that most people avoid from time to time because she doesn't count calories, she just eats smart.
