It was another day out in LA for Jennifer Garner and Violet Affleck, who looked adorable in her Superga shoes and sundress even while hiding those famous dimples. We've been loving the constant cuteness that comes from seeing all the members of one of our favorite families out and about in LA, which means we're not taking those rumors of a Jen and Ben split seriously at all. Plus, even if there is a little trouble in paradise, maybe all they need is another vacation in Ben's favorite beach spot.

1Why is it that when couples are not together all the time it's immediately assumed that they are splitting up?
2I'm thinking the rumours are true! They aren't photographed together very often and the few times they have Ben doesn't seem happy. He always looking grumpy, like he'd rather be somewhere else.

Dont be sad j2e1n9, Jen said it was 100% complete fabricated & untrue, Ben's publicist said it was BS and the "sources" (probably Vartan fans it sounds like) were liars. Sounds like a complete smackdown of this rumor. Jen and Ben are seen together --its a lie that they never are (like just last week ) She said in Glamour magazine they don't want to get attention as a couple so they avoid the red carpet and other places on purpose. That's their business. No more or less likely to split than Gwen and Mr. Steffani.
18Where did this rumor come from??? Tabloids should just leave them alone they seem like a nice down to earth family. It's hard enough for a marriage to survive in Hollywood without that tabloids making up crap.

31If it's true, it's true. If it's not, it's not. Does it matter? Not really. Is it sad? Yes. However the good thing about these two is if they DO divorce, it would be a quiet one, not a media circus and I'd bet dollars to donuts they would remain friends and co-parent that adorable little girl much like Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson, or Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee. Say what you will about ANY of them, but they've kept their splits amicable for the kids. I can't even say that about Reese and Ryan. Sure they are both great parents, but they don't spend time with the kids TOGETHER. My ex husband and I may be divorced, but we have a son together. If there is a family barbecue, he's invited and vice versa. He's family. He may be family I don't care for, but my Son didn't choose for us not to be married anymore, he still loves his Dad and wants him around, so who am I to decide FOR him that he shouldn't be there?
32Woop - Haha totally agree. You always hear publicists denying their clients' pregnancies and break-ups, yet it usually turns out to be true a couple months later.
I hate to say it but I think the rumors may be right. I don't think they are separating tomorrow or anything, but I think it will probably happen in the next few months. Celebrity shotgun weddings usually don't seem to last.

34Chris Robinson and Gwenyth Paltrow avoid being photographed together and everyone says they are about to break up too. Madonna and Guy, same thing, although that one wouldn't surprise me if they did break up.
