Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted heading back to their Madrid hotel on Wednesday night after celebrating his show that evening at a post-concert bash. They've been enjoying the good life in Spain — bikinis and all — for the past week, but when they finally head back to the US, some unpleasant business is in store.
A lawsuit has been filed against Jennifer by a flight attendant who alleges that in 2006, one of J Lo's guard dogs bit her, causing injuries that required surgery. On top of that, Jennifer finally has to testify over the 1999 club shooting she witnessed while out in NYC with her then-boyfriend Diddy. Not the best news to receive while on a European adventure, but hopefully Jennifer and Marc can enjoy themselves before returning home to face the music.

all jho is going to do is give this victim hush hush money to make her go away
1hehe
2i thought they been settled the diddy thing..i mean damn it has been 9 years? 9 whole years????
3diva
4Her relationship with him reminds me of the movie she did Enough. Not saying he beats her, because honestly she could probably f his little ass up, but he seems like he would be very controlling. Like she's his prisoner.
5I'm sure she wishes she never got involved with Diddy, aka what ever his name is now. It did nothing for her career and turned away many of her fans.
6I thought that the Diddy thing was over with too. Plus the whole dog biting thing - I feel like she would have paid the flight attendant off right after it happened, something seems weird about that situation.
7when j.ho was with diddy she was actually at the top of her game, he game strret cred... people actually brought her cds and went to watch her rom-coms
8Loathe airline stewardesses; love pooches.
9Without PDiddy aka Puff Daddy aka Puffy Combs aka Sean Combs WHATEVER JLo would be NOTHING. He MADE her music career and was at the height of her success.
10And all know how successful Ms Lopez's movie career has been. anaconda anyone? the only good movie she made was with gorgeous GEORGE directed by Soderbergh.
You wanna tussle? We tussled.
11so true bloby
12amen blob
13I agree Zahara and Blob.
She needs to THANK Diddy (or whatever hes calling himself these days) for her career.
14Both of these things seem strange. The shooting was 9 years ago, and this lady was bitten two years ago. Who waits that long to sue someone?
15speaking of puff diddy daddy, can you believe the outrageous party he gave his son for his 16th birthday????
16statue of limitations is usually 2 years and anytime within those two years you have to file suit, prior to suit you can settle out of court maybe she wasnt forking up what the victim felt was owed to her, so she filed suit
17aww, hope she works it out!
18I can't stand Puffy, he's a jerk.
He was good for her career in some ways, but not in otehrs. People were watching her RomComs before Puffy. He gave her street cred as far as music, but I think in some ways hurt her movie career. That and her mediocre acting anyway.
19i love it...her karma is catching up with her
20Sucks for her
21LMAO like that girl (bited by dog)is realy gonna get $5 milion over this!
Jen has best
lawyers!
22and that GUN thiny with daddy is OLD NEWS!get over it!
*thingy*
23Couldn't agree more,blob and corduroy!
24I found this pretty informative:
Well, since one of my sons was biten severely by a pitbull and we sued, I can tell you that the case is not worth more than 80 to 90 Thousand dollars! Five million sounds more like I want to rip off a celebrity! The bite itself is worth about 20K and the rest would be for time lost from work. Unless she can prove that she is more than 50% incapacitated for life, she should not get a dime more than that! I´m sure the Judge will reduce her claim substantially. So don´t worry J-Lo about this claim but definitively get rid of the dog! (Posted by msalles on Jun 27, 2008 9:45 AM, in the NY Daily News).
