Well, it looks like Drew and Spike are ready to go public with their rumored new relationship. The two obviously had a great time in Hawaii for Drew's birthday and headed back to the beach last night for a romantic dinner at the Ivy at the Shore in Santa Monica. Who knows if it's serious but Spike seems a good match for Drew, he's quirky but in a cool way, not in a, you know, Tom Green way. Plus, maybe we'll get a cool indie flick out of these two.

Good on them! I think he's interesting in a good way and she's just so beautiful and down to earth. A really good match. They both don't take the hollywood thing seriously. I wish them well.

17I can't believe you guys don't know who Spike Jonze is- he's a really awesome Oscar nominated director (Being John Malkovich?). He's also done a lot of videos, including Beastie Boys, Weazer, etc. etc. I for one am glad that Drew is going for someone with substance!!

Just to let you all know, Spike Jonze is an swesome director. He is responsible for films such as "Adaptation", "Being john Malkovich", and "Three Kings".
In my opinion, he may not be the best looking guy but I am sure he can carry an VERY interesting conversation.
26I personally think this is an AWESOME match! I've admired Spike's work for years (videos for Bjork, Beastie Boys, Pavement, Sonic Youth, plus Being John Malkovich) and I don't think he's skeevy looking at all. I guess I just don't go in for the standard buff/tan Hollywood guy look. And I think Drew would find someone with creative talent infinitely more attractive...and more interesting to talk to when she's 60. Yay, Drew!
p.s. he's much cleaner looking than Moretti anyway, right?
