It's been a pretty non-stop week in New York for everyone's favorite hair chameleon, Lindsay Lohan. One might think she would lay low after the maybe/maybe not running down a paparazzi (meanwhile, check out the video of the incident -- he basically throws himself on her car and starts wailing for no reason), but not Lindsay! Plus her father has been released from his upstate NY jail and obviously wasted no time before talking to the press about hoping that Lindsay will "open the door" in reconnecting with him, but that doesn't force Lindsay into seclusion either! Nothing (NOTHING) keeps her out of the scene. Even rehab. She's quite the committed club kid. Golf claps.
In other Lohan news, remember last month when we reported that Lindsay had dropped out of the upcoming film A Woman of No Importance and was replaced by Jessica Biel. It seems she's been replaced in another film as well; this time the part is going to Bryce Dallas Howard in The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond. Aw, come on guys...Lindsay isn't that hard to deal with.

12Why is she dropping out of films? LL, aren't you an actor? Shouldn't you be lining up films instead of hitting the clubs? I used to really like LL as an actor, but now I think she really doesn't care about acting. I think she enjoys being photographed more than anything else.

16I really don't buy she actually stoped drinking, I would think you would want to avoid temptation, but apparently she is strong enough to have everyone around her drinking and she not wanting too drink.

I used to really like Lindsay, but I'm not so sure how I feel about her anymore. She doesn't seem to take her job as an actress very seriously as she doesn't show up on time ect...and she just seems to be very arrogant about it all. Then again, I don't know the girl, and gossip does funny things to the truth

27I don't care that she likes to party and likes to go out drinking....hell I do too! but she was a hypocrite about the situation! She went to rehab for what seems like attention to me! I mean it was pretty much a joke for her and there are actually people who wanna go and take it seriously! That's what pisses me off about her! Cause I'm sorry if it was to get her life back together and become sober then she wouldn't be clubbing every single day and most importantly your mom would not be by our side supporting you (that's just creepy)!
28She looks unbelievably bad here. As if leggings weren't already the bane of my existence, she wore black leggings as pants and tucked them into brown boots. And what's with her coloring??? I so want to like lindsay as that kicky girl with natural curves and attitude and a great talent with a wild streak. But in the end, she's just a big disappointment. She's irresponsible, as much of a joke as Paris and completely disconnected to reality.
I guess I'll just have to stick to liking the "good girls" like Reese and Jennifer G.
29butterfly77 I agree I think she went to rehab for the wrong reasons. I think she wants to party, but also wants to be taken seriously, and thats why she went. And now she just carrys around a water bottle with stuff in it. Thats my opinion on what she is doing. I think she needs to realize that she can go out and drink, and still be a classy actress she just needs to do it in the right way.

31I saw the video too on the Access Hollywood site. She could hardly move an inch bc she was completely surrounded heckling her. If that photographer got a bruise on his knee, it's because he probably ran it into her car. Then the stupid photographer just lies there on the ground waiting to be carried into an ambulance on a stretcher for a "bruise".

I'm standing by my girl and saying she's not drinking. Part of me thinks the reason she IS driving is to show/prove that she HASN'T been drinking. Makes sense, right? There's cops everywhere and surely someone would stop her if she was getting behind the wheel drunk. I think she's addicted to the clubs an nightlife more than alcohol.

38It bothers me that she's losing/passing up on acting projects since the one thing that separates her from the rest of the paris/nicole/mischas of the world is that she legitimately has some talent. It would really suck if she threw that away.

40I'm glad she's being replaced in parts for movies!!!! FINALLY, I really wouldn't go watch her movies! Who does anyways? Jessica Beil and Bryce Howard have far more potential AND they aren't druggies/drunks. WHY are these stories always about junkies??? Britney, Kate Moss(her junkie boy Pete), Paris, Mischa...Nicole! They are not interesting AT ALL. So they have money, addictions and no hobbies...and they go out every night--we get it.
