It was a family weekend for Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in LA. The Garner-Afflecks enjoyed lunch on Saturday before the couple met up with BF Matt and pregnant Luciana for dinner at Nobu in Malibu where the foursome shared a toast [1] to celebrate Ben and Jen's third anniversary on Sunday. Speaking of Mr. Damon, he's looking way better already [2] — amazing what a little change of wardrobe and scenery can do. Fancy dinners with friends are always nice, but Ben also opened up about his time in the Congo and his family. He said: [3]

• On his trip to Congo: “It’s definitely changed me. It’s definitely been a part of… I guess a growing sense that I have a responsibility to do something with my life that’s other than just serving mileage in some way… You have a responsibility to your kid and also a responsibility to the world around you, so all that [is] part of the motivation for doing all this stuff.”
• On life with Jen and Violet: “Things are pretty great. We’re very happy. Things couldn’t be better. We’re kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home. I’m at a point now where even… vacation sort of feels a little bit like work. I’d rather just kind of chill and take it easy.”
