Despite all the Lohan drama last week with Lindsay's supposed long lost sister, LL went about her usual routine in LA. She was spotted wearing a fake baby bump on a smoke break on the set of Labor Pains — obviously an unflattering sight but luckily for all of us, it's only for a film. Samantha Ronson continues to be by her side and holding her hand at work and play. The twosome also did normal things like shopping at Barneys yesterday. You all are not surprised by any Lohan headlines these days but at least Lindsay's the one laying low.

i guess you can't be surprised by anything with her these days. at least the good thing with LL is that you're not hearing anything negative coming from her movie set. that's always a step in the right direction!

23I love the first comment..everytime I hear that song I think of Lindsay too haha. But I hope this title will never be true in real life...and the people who were asking if it was..it's just talking about her fake belly in the movie.

26i am glad to see LL doing so well, her last film "georgia rule" was actually a really fine story and so well acted by all 3 actresess! it should have been touted as a dramedy.(it was on hbo the last couple of months) Samantha Ronson has obviously been a great and positive influence, as a friend or otherwise, considering lindseys calmer and more professinal attitude.
