you know, i'm actually surprised about this one. you'd think that sienna wouldn't want to have another cheating relationship in her repetoire - after what happened with Jude you'd think that she'd keep it on the 'up and up'. i hope for everyone's sake that they are just 'friends' and that this blows over.

i saw some pics and you couldn't see the woman's face, nor did it completely look like him to me. plus it showed some hugging but no kissing or anything right? i mean i hug my guy friends. o well i'm hoping its not true but who knows! but she should know better since it happened to her and he should know better cause he's a married father of 4! shame on both if its true!

In the photos on dlisted, you may not be able to see the woman's face, but the sandals look like the same YSL ones she's wearing in the News of the World pictures from Wednesday and Thursday. Plus, the purse looks like one that Sienna was carrying in some other candids from Prague (and might be the same one she has in a couple of the News of the World pics from Thursday).

I have known him since he was in Lord of the Flies, and thought he was so underused in hollywood, at this point i will wait to make judgement till there is proof, if it is true than i am dissapointed in him and sienna although i expect nothing less from her (did she not go through crap with Jude?)

The pics on dlisted...he is wearing the EXACT same douchebag cap as we is wearing in the pics above. And if it isn't Sienna...he is kinda too close to comfort to some other blonde lanky actress. Well, he is very short so she might not be all that tall either.

I'm with you Kythera - the touching is very inappropriate, no matter what's going on. I just don't understand why women don't stand behind each other and refuse to sleep with married men. It seems to me that men are much more respectful of another man's wife - it's like a code of honor. Most of the cheating stories I hear about usually involve a married guy and a single or divorced woman. Do you think women are more likely to be homewreckers than men?

And when I say that women are more likely to be homewreckers than men, I don't mean that the stupid cheating married men are not homewreckers themselves. I'm not one to apportion all the blame on the woman - obviously it's the guy's fault, too. I just wonder why most of us - women - don't have more solidarity and support each other by refusing to get involved with married men.

It looks like a set up! The Dlist pictures look like they are taken in Paris, you cannot see the girl! Plus the photog looks like he's right on top of them! Do you think they would be that dum!???

Souslesoleil, the photos on dlisted were taken by someone that "had dinner next to Sienna and Balthazar in Prague". It's not like there was paparazzi right there...it was a fellow diner with a cell phone.

i know this isn't the focus of the story...but he looks incredibly stylish in those pictures. i liked him in alias, and there was this great photo shoot/story in bazaar a year or two ago on a dinner party his wife and him hosted.a few a-listers like courtney cox attended and others attended.

why are people surprised by this? Sienna broke up another marriage (Jude Law's marriage to Sadie) so it's not beneath her (albeit it is for most people) to do it again.

I was really rooting for him after he kicked heroin a long while back but now it will be hard to even watch his character on Brothers ans Sisters without thinking he is a major scumbag.

And if this whole thing isn't true, why hasn't his reps put out a statement yet? If he isn't cheating and this stuff is out there in full view of my wife and kids, I would want to nip the rumors in the bud immediately.

As for Sienna...well there are no words for a woman who chooses to go after a married man--regardless of what shape the marriage is in.

Well it's very easy to say those pics (from Dlisted) don't mean anything but if it was my husband with Sienna like this I would be very worried they don't look innocent to me.
I wonder why a woman like her than can have any man she want would mess with married men with kids, it's not right.

did it occur to anyone that in order for most people to cheat there have to be problems within that relationship to begin with? I am certainly NOT excusing it, but we don't know the entire story. It IS a shame if its true...a family would be broken to pieces.

Faery - there are problems in any relationship that lasts any length of time. The difference between the relationships that last and the ones that don't is that the people are willing to stay together and keep trying. There are disagreements, miscommunication, bad moods, work pressure, etc. - I don't see why people think that justifies another person taking advantage of that vulnerability by cheating with a married person. It just doesn't justify it. If the married person truly wants out of the marriage and to forge a relationship with someone new, then the married person should go through all the steps to get out of the marriage first. Otherwise, it's disrespectful to the spouse and kids and it's disrespectful to the other cheater who just comes off looking like a homewrecker.

What a punk to do that to his family...and Sienna...no wonder Perez Hilton refers to her as Slu**yienna....and those pictures of her and Balthazar in Prague...totally her, same shoes and purse as in the most recent pics of her coming out of Fred Segal looking "visibly upset" I wonder if she staged those? just for sympathy..
