It's been another morning of rumblings that Angelina Jolie gave birth, but apparently the twins aren't here yet. According to the hospital's rep, Angelina has been admitted to a maternity ward in Nice, France, for the final stretch of her pregnancy. Her admittance was expected, and she will most likely stay there to stay under doctor watch until the babies are here, but no word on how long that will be. Of course this means we'll all be waiting on the edge of our seats to hear more info about the newest additions to the Jolie-Pitt family, so be sure to stay tuned for more news!

This will be breaking news everywhere. I'll be pretty pissed off if my regularly watched program is interrupted to announce the birth of the Jolie-Pitts!!

2well you knew that she'd probably check in early anyway - for security and for her health since she's got a slim frame and she's having twins. i'm sure her body is EXHAUSTED. we'll just have to wait and see what they name these girls.

I think this will be her last biological birth. Having twins is a different ball game and unless she has the nannies doing EVERYTHING she will think twice about wanting more kids especially with 6 small ones now.

28She said she was due in August--best case would be early August, worst case, late. If those babies are born now they are going to have to spend time in the hospital NICU. Best case they are four weeks premature; worst case they are 8. That's awful--my own son spent 8 weeks in NICU after being 11 weeks premature.
I really hope there are no updates on her condition or the birth of the babies for weeks.

30No one from the Jolie Pitt camp ever said that she was due in August. Back in Cannes she said she had a few more weeks. So who knows. She certainly would not check into the hospital a whole month early unless she was having early labor and the twins were not yet ready to be born.
More than likely she is checking into the hospital with the intention of having the twins within the next few days.. I would bet on the 4th of July. Just long enough for some stress tests and to see if the twins lungs are fully developed since twin are almost always early and since she has such a thin frame to her.
31SHE didn't say she was due in August, Dustin Hoffman did. They aren't going to put the real due date out there for the public to see.
32She actually said she had a couple of months left back in May. She never confirmed August as her due date. Actually, twins are rarely full-term. They are usually born between 34 - 36 weeks gestation.
