After taking a little break from the scene since we last saw her tanning on June 20, Lauren Conrad was back out in Hollywood last night looking refreshed and gorgeous. She and her entourage including Lo hit up Crown Bar for a little pre-Fourth of July partying. Not everyone can pull off the high-waisted shorts and still look adorable like Lauren, but if you want to sport some of her designs instead you're in luck — they're on sale! In the meantime, I'm sure we'll see a lot more of LC and her breezy California girl-style as she and her friends celebrate the long weekend away with some of those beach bonfires we know so well.

15i have the same thing to say about LC as i do about audrina. it's only in today's era that someone can be on an MTV reality show and become a celebrity in their own means. lauren's always being photographed, and she's got her fashion line, and that's just luck.

How sad is it that I only know her from peoples' blog posts? I saw a few episodes of The Hills when I had cable and decided it was one of the worst and most pointless shows on MTV (and from what I hear I'm pretty lucky I missed Laguna Beach, as well). Whether or not people like her, they can't stop talking about here....which means she's made it, I guess?
