Hilary Duff was absolutely adorable in her little dress and heels picking up a few groceries and a lot of flowers the other day. She looked very ready to spend some time soaking up the sun for her long holiday weekend. Miss Duff is always sunshine when she shows that big smile, and she probably had a perfect Fourth of July [1] with her sunflowers and her man Mike.
