As expected, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her birthday in style at Teddy's last night. She went heavy on the ruffles and diamonds with a costume change into a hot-pink strapless number partway through the night at the prom-themed party, while Samantha stuck to her version of a tuxedo. Sam kept by Lindsay's side as she mingled and blew out the candles on her Marilyn Monroe cake before taking over for DJ AM to spin for a while. Sounds like LL had a scandal-free birthday this year, sticking to red bull and behaving herself, aside from telling her party guests to "Shut the f*ck up" when they asked for a speech. She was even bright and chipper enough this morning to chat with Ryan Seacrest about the bash and her upcoming album.
