Ashlee Simpson spent her long holiday weekend around LA showing off her expanding baby bump and maxi dress collection. She and Pete were all over town with little Rigby in hand celebrating the 4th with friends before Pete was off to Las Vegas for a Saturday night DJing gig. At the event, Pete's mind was still on his baby as he gushed about how he's connecting with it already. He said, "I talk to it all the time...The Expectant Father tells you that the woman, when she speaks, the baby hears her all the time. And the father's voice isn't familiar unless you talk to it, so I talk to it all the time." Sweet to hear Pete is so enthusiastic about the process — now I wonder how they divide up the time between playing their little one mommy's and daddy's music.

they r a cute couple, yes. she might be a nice person, and pretty in person, but as a celebrity, she's lame. lacks talent and tries to make money from the media by creating drama and rumors. & i do not like her look/style or her fake looking greasy red hair. Her and Jess=do not deserve attention (because their music is not good and as a consumer i find it insulting the way her dad tries to make money and promote their pathetic music by using the tabloids and the consumers)
