I've said it one too many times, if that girl was serious about rehab she would stop the constant partying cause let's face it, temptation is always there!!!

I'm not very interested in her, but I hope she's able to stay sober.

I agree with cari, she does look drunk in the second pic. Besides, i don't know if one stint at rehab is really enough to change a 20 yr old's partying ways.

I always end up feeling sorry for her. When you're that age regardless if you're famous or not you should be able to depend on your mother and father and it's pretty obvious that she can't.

I think her reputation as an actress was put on the line because she was out very late every night at the clubs, and then would not show up at work, or would arrive really late (like during Georgia Rule). I think she thought that appearing to get sober would rehabilitate her career....but it wasn't her drinking that was the major issue. It was her "party girl" behavior, and that hasn't changed at all.

She was adorable as a child actress, but she's ruined her reputation. All the boyfriends, the partying, the chances for a fantastic career were all flushed down the toilet. Her mother is also pathetic.

id like to answer no and also who cares but it wont let me. i have a friend who saw her out in a club - she went to the bathrrom and said it was obvious she was doing drugs - came out and hooked up with a band guy

Dude, I'm so over Lohan. Her movies suck. Her look sucks. Her attempt at rehab sucks. She sucks.

I like her. And I think its ok for her to go and drink. Shes young. I doubt she is an alcohlic. I think she just went to rehab that way people would take her as a serious actress.

Whether or not she's off the booze and drugs, at least she seems to be doing her stupid stuff in a smarter way, (like not in front of everyone or drunk-emailing the masses) which is an improvement, despite the circumstances.

She can be honest about the drinking part... why putting up the whole "rehab charade", it pisses me of when "stars" think people ares stupid.

That's not a water bottle its a bottle of Kombucha Tea Drink from Whole Foods or someplace similar. When I drink it, though it has no alcohol in it, it always makes me slightly buzzed.

Lindsey will be in and out of "rehab" until she is shut out of the industry for her behaviour and continued movie flops. Then she'll hopefully comeback like Drew Barrymore, clean, sober and knowing that you can have fun without snorting or injecting junk.

Anyways, yes its pretty obvious that she has not changed her ways but for some reason i'm fascinated with her. i have a serious love/hate relationship with her. Rather, i love to hate her but i love her sense of style. slightly pathetic, isn't it?

Drunk or not, I think what will really matter is her behavior on set. I don't think the stripper movie will be good for her career, either.

she went to rehab to save her current job and to get off oxy- not to quit drinking or doing coke. she is loaded and will continue to get loaded until she is really done with the scene.

I wish her the best of luck and while I do agree that going out to clubs every night while you're trying to recover may not be the best thing, I'm still giving her the benefit of the doubt. Hope she takes care of herself.

It seemed like everyone who is anyone in L.A. turned out to support LiLo as she shared spinnin' duties with celeb DJ STEVE AOKI. And we've got to say, Lindsay put together a pretty bangin' mix - everything from rap to Fall Out Boy and Incubus.

Lindsay kept running between the DJ booth and her VIP table to dance with her friends. She was drinking from a water bottle and had her Parliament Lights practically welded to her hand. Ah, but we couldn't help notice a blonde-haired male friend was intermittently ducking behind the couch and pouring vodka into Lindsay's water bottle! How many days sober Lindsay?
