Lindsay Lohan and her leggings were back to work on the set of Labor Pains in LA yesterday. In the midst of her big birthday weekend she also found time to celebrate Fourth of July. LL spent the holiday at the DKNY house in Malibu, but rather than rub elbows with the ladies of The Hills, she kept to herself and texted the day away. Her mother and sister were also there shooting Living Lohan, where Lindsay may be making a cameo after all. Sounds like a full house of reality TV filming, but we'll have to wait until the shows air to catch if there's any crossover.

4i always wondered if the Hills girls would be friends with LL but i guess that's not the case. they probably aren't real celebs in LL's eyes....
