Mariah Carey shows off her long legs, flat tummy, and new husband for the August issue of Elle. Mariah and Nick can't seem to separate for even a minute these days, but we have to admit that the photo of them together is pretty adorable. In the article, Mariah talks a little about her album and the man in her life. Here are highlights:
- On how she let Nick save her: “When I was in an unhappy place in my life. I always wanted to be kidnapped. I just wanted a way out, but I didn't have one. [Nick] sort of kidnapped me and took me on a helicopter ride. Then he re-proposed."
- On their impulsive wedding: "We really kept the whole relationship aspect of it quiet. Therefore, we didn't really 'date,' you know what I mean? Because that would have been not quiet or private. I think we didn't want to give people a chance to be like, 'What are you doing? What are you talking about? This is so quick…are you sure?'"
- On her album: "Much of this album is just jokes, whether they're inside jokes or pretty overt; but some people don't want to actually acknowledge that I might tell a joke while singing a song or make it the actual hook.”
While some people may be skeptical of her relationship with Nick Cannon, it sounds like Mariah's career and love life are pretty blissful at the moment.

Correct me if I'm totally mistaken but I remember rumors around the time it came out, I think it was her #1's CD cover, she had them photoshop her legs so they would look way long and skinny- maybe I remember wrong but I have that cd and have thought many a time that her upper body would be way to big for those long skinng legs in that picture.

44yes PHOTOSHOP it is. They always do it even to the skinniest of models to make them look even better. You can do wonders with the program. Maybe shes had some lipo in her lifetime? With all that money why cant she buy some decent classy clothing? I dont think her and Nick's relationship will last. Theyre both nasty if you ask me.
