I think Adam only appeals to girls who are into smart nerds/dorks/geeks. He reminds me of that friendly, a bit shy, a bit awkward, sarcastic, total nice guy in high school-- very smart, not influenced by the typical male stereotypes-- just does his own thing and is happy and comfortable in his own skin. And THAT is HOT.
