Josh Hartnett enjoyed a champagne lunch in NYC on Friday, thanks to his gig as the face of Emporio Armani Diamonds for Men. We already know that Mr. Hartnett is more than just a pretty face, and he's been busy making time for both Armani and his new movie, August. Keeping a balance isn't anything new to Josh, who recently said, “I am incredibly ambitious, but I think my ambitions lie some in work and some in my personal life, you know? I kind of try and work hard at both. I work hard at playing hard sometimes.” A few drinks with a business lunch seem like a good step in that direction.

I like what he said about being ambitious in his personal life and in his work. It's great that he is able to keep a constant presence in films.

12After having seen him up close at the Sundance Film Festival, a few years back, I can say unequivocally that he is rather unattractive by Hollywood standards. Same thing I believe applies to Cameron Diaz, where they she looks decent in pictures, but in person, it's a completely different story LOL! Josh looks like a rat to me. He has little squinty eyes and that wispy moustache does nothing for him. He is fairly tall and overly thin. If I didn't know who he was at the time, I could have easily mistaken him for hired help at the resturant we were at. He's less attractive than his contemporaties such as Ryan P, Jake G, Justin T, etc. Josh and the word "comely" should NEVER be used in the same sentence!
