Wow. I'm a bit impressed. It seems as though with the country genre, she doesn't feel the need to grimace and enunciate poorly. Usually she is unlistenable and unwatchable, but in this video, she was fine, cute even. This might have been the best move for her career wise.

Boring, generic, cookie cutter. She's nothing special and I as a country fan have done nothing to deserve having to sit through her performances on my awards shows and CMT. Blech. I'd rather Ashlee or even even J-Lo go country before no-talent hack Jessica.

I am VERY surprised. I like it, she looks natural and unassuming. She doesn't look like she is trying to show her boobs... Pimp Daddy must have been absent at this shoot.

i wasn't a jessica fan at all, but i love country. the first time i heard the song i did like it not knowing it was her. so maybe now i will become a jessica fan. i will give her country songs a chance.

She was NEVER country. She is nothing but a run of the mill singer with a pretty face. I think it sounds as whiny and raspy as all of her other songs. Only difference is the twangy music in the background. As for the video-boring and unbelievable acting.

I just watched the full video and I want to revise my previous statement. I still think the song is nice and kinda catchy, but honestly, did she have to put every country cliche in that video!?

Jessia should be happy with who she's dating but she does seem to transform in order to fit them TOO much sometimes. Anyway, averybojangles is right on the money with this whole thing. So of course I voted leave it too. I like country but not this particular song.

Thats not hard, they do look similar anyway but I think they have very different personalities and music style. This song fits Jessica's personality. Its not a carrie type song or even video.

Leave it. She has no personality of her own. She is just country now because of Tony. She could only be so lucky to resemble Carrie Underwood or have 1/100th of her talent or class. Jess has neither. I am a Jess "hater" I will not apologize either for it. Can't stand her. I can't believe she isn't flaunting her gross cleavage everywhere. Her dad must not have been there.

I disagree with everyone who said it was cute and natural. Way too many Jess-isms. The open mouth, tongue sticking out, and huge hair extensions. She did leave the boobs out, but that's about it. I didn't care for it.

She's always been a great singer, but I never warmed up to her until she was with Nick. After she left him i've never really been that big of a fan of hers, which i realize it wrong but i'm entitled to my opinion haha.

I must concur with coachluvr, because I don't like JS at all. This song is silly; the lyrics are ridiculous. I get what she's trying to convey, but for a COUNTRY song, it could've been said much better. Plus, if you took out that slide guitar, it's a pop song. I can't stand her.

She's a poser. She failed at every genre except country, cause the only "omg!" shock of her career was Daisy Duke. So she is trying country...shes trying to be Carrie Underwood, who sings well and DOESNT scream or try to push out notes. If you really look at her up on youtube, and look at Jessica singing live (IVE SEEN HER..shes only ok)....she screams high notes.

Just had to throw in a comment for those who say she was NEVER country. She was born and raised in Texas and has sung with Willie Nelson multiple times. She's performed Dolly Parton songs and she sang a remake of Nancy Sinatra's THESE BOOTS WERE MADE FOR WALKING... She also sang choir and anybody who knows the two genres... INSPIRATIONAL/CHOIR is very similar to COUNTRY.

I dont love it or hate it...im just all around sick of JS. She jumps from genre to genre looking for some fans and she should just stick with fashion and hair extentions at this point. Shes a beautiful girl and all but for some reason shes extremely uninteresting to me as a singer and has been for some time now. Overall her fashion styles have been much more appealing lately.
