The new mom looked glowing after her work/play/bikini filled European vacation with Marc and the twins [1], getting back to the glamorous work of a superstar. While little Max and Emme may not be the celebrity baby twins [2] on everyone's minds today, people are still curious about Jennifer and Marc's nanny situation [3] — or lack thereof and not because they're not trying to find someone. Even without extra helping hands, Jennifer is keeping her schedule full including attending Maria Shriver's 2nd Annual Women's Conference [4] this October.
