I have never heard of him. I don't know much about his marriage but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. So I think maybe he and his wife are broken up, might have been for awhile, quietly, and now he is dating Sienna. I like to think and I find it hard to believe they would commit blatant adultery.

The "friend" reporting that he and his wife split a while ago sounds like PR damage control to me. When the story first came out and he was asked about a divorce and a relationship with Sienna, his reply was "It's not true. I'm surprised to see these pictures on popsugar. Generally the stuff on this site is so much more tasteful (for what it is, anyway).
