It seems a little hard to believe that Nicole would be opposed to selling the pictures, considering how hard she has worked to display her pregnancy (always clenching her dress to highlight the "bump".) Funny how no details of the birth leaked out, hospital, c-section, natural, weight, length of labor, nothing.

From what I understand (from other gossip site) she tried to sell them no one wanted them...so her PR team spung it as she DIDN'T want to sell them...

*YAY FOR MICHAEL J! This man is an inspiration, and the saving grace of the Parkinsons foundation. It is a horrible, debilitating illness. It breaks my heart that he has to suffer with it, I watched it take my Grandfather's life, and it's horrid. But on the other hand, what a blessing he has been. He's brought the issue to the front of people's minds, and is helping to find a cure. GO MICHAEL!

I don't buy that Nicole can't get $3M for the baby pictures. If Jessica Alba can get $1.5M and Matthew Mcconaughey can get $3M, are we supposed to believe that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban couldn't get that much? I think they are just two very rich people (Urban is hugely successful in his field and probably makes as much as Nicole) and don't care about this crap.

Hockey, Keith probably makes more right now. The man is AWESOME, I saw him in concert a few years ago, and he is such a showman! Overall, Nicole is probably WORTH more, but since she's not working at this time, I'm betting big bucks that Keith makes more.

This is why I think it's a shame that they didn't sell the pictures, think of the good it could have done a charity!

I do agree Mykie, however, perhaps they give enough of their own money, that they didn't feel the need to "sell" the photos of their daughter.

Selling baby pictures is just the latest trend. I understood the initial reason why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did it, to lessen the pap fervor for their baby's picture, but now it's just a new trendy thing to do.

Because really, as cute as Honor is, and as cute as McCounaughey's kid probably is, nobody really cares...the child would have been seen eventually.

Personally I dont think that I like watching Michael J. Fox act anymore. Every time I see him I feel bad for him. I know it is courageous of him but still bothers me. Dont get me wrong, I am not saying that a sick person cant act, all I am saying is that it breaks my heart when I see him.

well Hockey Princess I am going to take stab as to why she cant get 3 million but Matthew can. When was the last time Nicole Kidman starred in a movie that made money? Just because she is famous...if she isn't raking in the dough from movie goers..why would magazine's put her on the cover when she doesn't 'sell' The last movie that did well...was The Hours which was in 2002..since then she hasn't come out with a decent movie (and happy doesn't count...she's voicing a cartoon and the draw is not her voicing the animation)

Brad and Angie weren't the first celebrities to sell their baby photos. They were just the first to give the money to charity. Julia Roberts and Britney Spears sold their first-born's photos and kept the cash
