That second pic is definitely not for the viewing of young disney fans. Knowing that being a star in a very popular Disney show/movie and having young girls and boys look up to you, I'd be careful what I do in public or even private places because the paps are all over.

When you sign on with Disney, you sign a morality clause. Many stars have talked about what is contained within that clause, and the second photo is a violation of that clause.

I don't care if they are over 18 or not. They want the benefits of the HSM franchise, but don't want the responsibility too. It's called "Having your cake and eating it too" and it isn't possible.

Don't come down on those of us that think someone catering to kids needs to live with morals a little better than the rest of us. It's one thing to make a mistake, like Vanessa did with the pictures or Miley with her teenage antics. I can forgive things like that. But this is blatant. There are hotel rooms for people to act this way. Now, if this picture had been taken of them in a non-public place, I'd be screaming about invasion of privacy and there would be no mention of this being inappropriate.
