Hilary Duff caught up on her magazine reading while getting a pedicure in Toluca Lake, CA yesterday. The pretty in white starlet has been enjoying her leisurely life and Summer dress collection on the West Coast these days. While there was no Mike Comrie by her side for this particular errand, his friendly face has become a regular around here. Who knows, maybe if these two keep being so adorable he can help his girl land a spot on the PopSugar 100 next year.

I think I need to go look at that list. She may not be on the cover of every magazine drunk, anorexic, or drugged out, OR have a lame, fake tv show, OR, be pregnant, but GEEEEEZ! She is pretty talented, at least more than those aforementioned people. I heart Duff.

I think she´s fatter but she´s not fat anyway.and she´s on #82 or #81 at the list, and I think she´s should be higher because she is more famous than people at that list but I know she´s not the most famous person of the world.
