Hilary Duff caught up on her magazine reading while getting a pedicure in Toluca Lake, CA yesterday. The pretty in white starlet has been enjoying her leisurely life and Summer dress collection on the West Coast these days. While there was no Mike Comrie by her side for this particular errand, his friendly face has become a regular around here. Who knows, maybe if these two keep being so adorable he can help his girl land a spot on the PopSugar 100 next year.
