The problem I have with the separation reports is that when the story first broke, Getty denied that he was having a relationship with Sienna and that he getting a divorce. Now that all of the pictures have come out, "friends" of Sienna and Getty are saying that Getty was separated for 'a while'. Maybe, but we've heard nothing about that from his wife, and Getty was still making public appearances with her in late April, so if they were separated, they were still putting on a public show of being together. Of course, in Sienna's world 'a while' could mean since the story broke.

I thought him and his wife were still together?

Sienna thinking: "Hmm.. Which married man should I sleep with next?"

Kidding! Or maybe not.

I just wish the Getty kids well.. and the wife.

Why do people always blame the woman in a case like this. HE's the one who was married, HE'S the one that had a committment to his wife and kids, HE's the one who cheated on his wife, not her.

Anyway, who cares? Stuff like this happens all the time, but the couples don't have paps following them around all the time. I think that he and his wife must have been seperated before all this, because Sienna and B don't seem like they would be that cruel.

Also, everyones all "think about the kids" well, fyi, this is not breaking international news, and no one is covering it except gossip blogs...so they probably will never see these pictures. Sienna Miller and Balti Getty are not the worlds biggest stars, seriously I never even heard his name until this happened. So chill out.

I said this under another post, but the whole "they were separated before Sienna" line of bull is just disrespectful to the wife.

If they were separated, why did he initially deny the affair and say he loved his wife--at the same time the pictures of him with Sienna were hitting the British press.

I don't buy it for a second. Their PR teams need to try to salvage their reputations. I think it is terrible that want they make it sound like he shouldn't be held accountable for his actions because he was "separated."

I also think the wife has too much self respect to talk to the press, but I hope people are smart enough to see through the PR line of crap.

I agree with Wren. I don't know who the guy is but I am a Sienna Miller fan. This guy is separated from his wife and its not like they're still together. I agree maybe the wife is hurt he moved on but seriously, Sienna and that guy did nothing wrong. It doesn't bother me that dating. He should try and get a divorce since its mighty clear he and his wife are through. I am sure thats the next step.

i'm a bit conflicted on this story.

i don't particularly like sienna miller and i actually don't give a rat's arse what she does, but you have to give the poor girl a break sometimes - everyone wants to paint her as the homewrecking wh*re and i don't think she's necessarily like that. remember that she was also screwed over by jude law. however, it's never a good idea to become involved with someone who is only 'seperated' from their wife and no divorce papers have been issued (have they?)

i know nothing about getty, he's a complete non-entity to me and to be honest i think he's getting a nice fat chunk of publicity from this whole 'scandal'. before, he was just 'that guy from brothers & sisters'

The point is not that she cheated with a married man for all we know the wife was a b*tch and thats why he left her, or that sienna is a wh*re (which she is) the point is as a woman you should carry yourself with respect and dignity, no one will know the truth all anybody now will label her as is a slut, even if its true that they were seperated

I agree that it's wrong to blame the woman, but I think both BG and SM are being disrespectful to the wife, who gave birth less than a year ago. They know that these pictures are appearing on web sites every day - I really doubt he has no internet where he is - but they're not being more discreet, they're not keeping the breast-touching to a minimum. I think when your wife has a young baby and is bound to be very sad about this - and has said she is - it is your responsibility to be more discreet. So no matter how or when the marriage broke up, THIS behaviour is not classy, and not kind.

Well, I'm not okay with the situation and I don't need to know all the details. It's obvious neither one of them care about anyone but themselves from their flagrant display and don't try and tell me that they didn't know they were being photographed. It doesn't take more than two brain cells to realize as a celeb and given the heated situation that the paps are bound to be looking out for pics. Both of them are as scuzzy as you can get and I have no sympathy for either one of them.

This is stupid. We all don't know the real facts. He and his wife may have been separated by this time like some have stated. He might of said he wasn't dating Sienna because he knows people would print it and it could hurt his family hearing that. Being photographed hugging and kissing Sienna wasn't smart but we all make mistakes.

You people are the same ones that say Kate Moss is a bad mom because she's photographed without her daughter... Her daughter has a father too and Lila Grace might be with him when not with Kate. Same goes for this... just because you see some photos doesn't mean you now know everything about their lives.

I blame the married partner for ending the relationship, the marriage is his problem, not hers, and we still don't even know if she was directly involved. However, the image she's putting out there is really not good - a bit of respect for his family would go a long way, keeping it casual in public rather than openly flaunting the relationship. She's got no shame and definitely no class.

see i think that if his marriage was already done with then you really can't be upset about him moving on. how many couples in life do that? they finish one relationship, you don't hear that they've started to see someone else - yet you get upset when you find out that they have moved on. i think that his wife (ex wife) needs to stop playing the pity card and let them be.

I highly doubt he was separated from his wife before the affair started and even if he was it's so tasteless to get involved right after a marriage breakdown - making it messy for the kids. There is no reason to show the mother of his children such disrespect.

I have zero respect for homewreckers or even cheating boyfriends and girlfriends. It always comes back to them. This is why I dont like Claire Danes,Angelina Jolie and many others in Hollywood and RL.

you know I am not about cheating or anything but we don't know what her life is like much less his. Its easy to pass judgement from the safety of your living room against people you don't know and whose lives you could never imagine because we see their pictures everyday. That doesn't mean the everyday benign elements of our lives do not apply to them or that they fall in and out of love just like "normal" people. Why are they different?

Sienna has hit a $25 billion jackpot. This one's for keeps. Now she can give up her lame career and spend his money for the rest of his life... or until his divorce is finalized and he realizes he'd like to play the single scene for a while yet. With that graying hair, I'm guessing he's ripe for an extended mid-life crisis.

I'm sure his kids think he's a ridiculous clown, but they'll want their cut of the fortune, too, one day, so they'll play nice. I hope Rosetta kills him in the divorce, though. She certainly has plenty of pics to show the judge.
