Nick Cannon took Mariah Carey — or you know, vice versa — on a date to Nobu in Malibu last night looking as giddy as they did on their honeymoon. While Mariah was stunning in her Summer white ensemble, Nick sent a message with his t-shirt to all the people who are still skeptical about the newlyweds. These lovebirds might make for an unlikely pairing, but they both seem pretty happy so maybe it was a good thing Nick kidnapped Mariah after all.

10I've seen quite a few pictures of Mariah with body guards very discreetly "holding her up" as Nick is doing here. Take a good look at Nick's hand on her wrist! The only reason anyone would hold a grown woman's wrist with a grip like that is #1 she's under arrest or #2 She's drunk and you're trying to keep her from stumbling.

23I was really hoping Mariah would be more discerning in her next choice for a husband. I really do hope this works for them, but we've all seen this enough times to have a pretty good radar of when something is just a bad idea. He's so cute, but in a little boy way. It's unlikely that this can last after the fire works have worn off. In any event, she does look nice (although 90s) and he looks like a child.
