While Posh and the kids shopped this weekend on the West Coast, David Beckham spoke at a press conference and played with the LA Galaxy vs. the NY Red Bulls, which resulted in a 2-2 draw. Becks brought his sexy self and big smile, and the game was the most well attended NYC audiences of this MLS season — coincidence? We think not. It's no secret that Becks came to the States in an effort to make soccer more popular and he says, "Soccer is definitely changing in this country. It's getting bigger and it's growing, but it's going to take time." While we wait for that to happen, at least we can enjoy this manjoyable moment.

3i'm still upset cause i was supposed to go to the game, but it was too darn hot out for me to make it. anyway, i think that soccer is getting to be a little more popular but i don't think that one person - even becks - can turn it all around that quickly.
