Kate Hudson will be back on the big screen with Matthew McConaughey in a comedy called Fool's Gold. The duo had fabulous chemistry in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and we bet they will be able to recreate it for this adventure comedy as well. They will be shooting the film in Australia in October and it is expected to have an early 2008 release date. Here's more:
The Warner Bros. project revolves around a husband and wife who have spent eight years searching for a lost treasure and are on the brink of bankruptcy and divorce when a clue to the payday surfaces, forcing them to reunite to find their fortune.
Andy Tennant ("Sweet Home Alabama," "Hitch") will direct from a script by Kenneth Lonergan, the writer/director/star of the 2000 arthouse hit "You Can Count On Me."
