It's always a fashion parade when Nicole Richie arrives at traffic school, and she didn't disappoint yesterday with her gladiator sandals [1], back in a big way black nail polish [2] and trendy double braids [3]. Even though Nicole has been extra busy lately with her blossoming TV career [4] and taking care of the family's newest star, little Harlow [5], she still manages to make attending her weekly driving class a priority. Most of you think she's still a bad girl at heart [6], but Nicole does deserve some credit for teaching Harlow about taking responsibility for your actions.
