Selma Blair looked like she was taking her fitness seriously, leaving the gym in LA with an energy drink on Thursday. It's understandable she needs a little pick-me-up since she's been busy with both her new show Kath and Kim and promoting Hellboy 2. Buzz caught up with her at the Summer TCAs, where she cracked the room of journalists up talking about her new hair extensions and playing Molly Shannon's daughter. 15The Bob suited her much better. Short hair looks good on women when they get older. Makes their face look younger. The long hair ages her a lot.
