Geeks, fans, and stars from all over gathered in San Diego yesterday to kick off 2008 Comic-Con! The convention has grown so much and now attracts some of the biggest names in Hollywood, not to mention thousands of excited fans. For example, who would have thought that Miss Paris Hilton would stop by to promote her new movie Repo! The Genetic Opera before hitting the clubs at night? Meanwhile, Anna Paquin was out to talk about True Blood. Guy Ritchie and the cast of his new movie RocknRolla posed as Gerard joked about getting one of those infamous B12 shots from Madonna. There's lots more, including Mark Wahlberg and Mila out for Max Payne, the unicorn from Harold and Kumar, Dwight Schrute's flow chart, and recruiters from the Dharma Initiative — Buzz is there for all the action, so check it out!

13Hall H at Comic Con was so much fun. We all got a free T shirt from The Day the Earth Stood Still.
Keanu introduced the panel and he was very eloquent about playing Klaatu. He waved to some fans. Jennifer Connelly is so very beautiful. The film looks smart with great special effects and a wonderful cast.
Chris Ludacris Bridges, Mark Wahlberg , Mila Kunis the director of Max Payne were on next. Mark is hilarious and the director had a dirty dirty mouth.
The MC said he got an announcement from Quantas. Koala? Kangaroo? Nope. Hugh Jackman showed up ,looking pretty damn fine. The Hall went nuts. He's so handsome and charming. He was so lively , running on the stage and he shook the hand of the artist who created Wolverine. Next, he showed the trailer from "Wolverine' and IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME.
I skipped Twilight, Guy Ritchie and the rest.

At least Paris finally got that eye fixed! I suspect she got it done shortly after the 16th. She didn't go out for almost a week and on the 21st she disguised the surgery with sunglasses and a strategically placed hat..very clever. But now it looks nice.
And why is Sophie Monk there? I mean what does she even do? She's not even pretty or skinny enought to be a model....??
