Rachel Weisz looked absolutely stunning all dressed up with her fiancé Darren Aronofsky, hiding behind that black cloak and mask, and their son Henry Chance at a photo shoot in NYC on Thursday. Judging from that pumpkin bag hanging off Rachel's arm, it's a Halloween themes spread and rumor has it that the magazine scoring the shots is Vogue. The issue would line up with Rachel's new movie The Brothers Bloom, I can't wait to see the final product. Rachel looks even more gorgeous than usual especially next to her family all dressed up together. Now, I wonder if this will inspire little Henry to start thinking about his real Halloween costume?

How awesome are those clothes she's rocking.
1I wish I looked that hot in my Halloween costumes...
2I love her! Going to miss her in the new Mummy movie, I'm considering not even watching it b/c of her missing!
3she's very pretty
4Fantastic Shots, and so refreshing to see her! I'm looking forward to seeing her Vogue spread!
5I haven't seen her in a while. These will probably be pretty cool pictures.
6That's fabulous.
7Wow. Fabulous!
8That baby is gorgeous! We want to see more of him.
9I love her costume and the baby's adorable!
10I felt the same way Lynne! Does anyone know why she's not in the new Mummy movie?
11I dont know why she's not in it, but I'm not watching because he dynamic with Brendan Frasier (sp?) made the move worth while
12Rachel Weisz is one of my favorite actresses, which is why I'm boycotting the new Mummy movie. It's nice to see more pictures of her with little Henry and her fiance, Darren.
13One of my fav actresses next to Cate Blanchett. Her son is gorgeous.
14great costume!
15Halloween??????? It's only summer...
16chiquita25: I heard several accounts of why Rachel Weisz did not return for this film. Originally she and Brendan Fraser both signed up to reprise their roles for a third film, but then director Stephen Sommers (who directed the first two Mummy films) dropped out and was replaced with Rob Cohen (who has directed such "masterpieces" as xXx and The Fast and the Furious
). Then she dropped out and director Rob Cohen blamed it on the
fact that Rachel didn't they she would be old enough to play the mother of an 18 year old son (which is how old their son, Alex, is in the movie). But Rachel Weisz said that she had turned
down the part because her son Henry was a newborn and she didn't want to bring him into China for a months-long shoot.
The thing that irks me the most is that they plan on making two or three more sequels of the Mummy franchise, all with Maria Bello, and she says that "Rob created a new Evy ... in the first two Mummy's she was all actiony and lovely, but this Evy might be a little more ... forceful in terms of her martial art skills and shooting skills". Blech, gimme a break. I'm sorry to go on a rant about this but Rachel became one of my favorite actresses after seeing the Mummy movies and I loved her chemistry with Brendan Fraser, I just don't think its worth continuing the franchise if you lose one of the main actors.
17In line 8 of my first paragraph, I meant to say that "Rachel didn't think that she would be old enough...."
Sorry for the typos.
18Thanks Californiagirl! I had been wondering about this since I first saw the previews. I completely agree with you on it's not worth continuing the franchise if you lose one of the main actors. I'm still going to go see it because my husband wants to, and i'm curious about how it will turn out. But two or three more after?! That's getting a bit ridiculous.
19Rachel is gorgeous and her son is adorable !
20Looking forward to this spread. She is one my top favorite actresses.
21She gorgeous. So stunning.
22She is so pretty!
23Oh, I love her. She's my favorite actress and one of the most beautiful ones.
24Beauitful family and such stunning costumes!
On a side note, just reading the term "Halloween" has me craving candy corn and M&M's while wishing that there was a scary movie marathon... I'm such a dork for Halloween (mainly because I adore the Fall season.
)
25^ Beautiful
