Funny I actually DON'T like the bikini much. Almost seems like the top has too much material. Just a person taste preference I guess. However, she is looking alot better. She's one of those people that will always have a more muscular, stocky build.

cnyc, she WAS an eff up in every aspect of her life. She's bringing it back around and becoming a normal human being. Now she's doing what's best for her kids, by not continuing to drag them through a horrid custody battle. She let K-Fed have custody and she gets visitation and when this conservatorship is over, I'll bet my next paycheck that she'll go back to court for joint custody.

I just get so tired of people saying Brit is hopeless, yet when the rest of us point out the hypocrisy of another famous Mom, we are called haters.

cnyc, what I saw in the picture you are referring to is a little kid picking up something he shouldn't. Did you ALSO see the picture immediately following it of her taking them away? Of course not, everyone sees the bad but not the good.

I'll say what I said last week when those pictures surfaced, I'm a smoker, and my boys HAVE picked up my lighter before and I, AS THEIR MOTHER scolded them and taught them that they are bad. I do NOT live by the rule that everything is to be kept up and away from children, but rather the rule where you teach them what is right and what is wrong. It's called PARENTING.

And yep, I bet my paycheck. Of course, this is just a blog, so it's a "cyber" paycheck, but still. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I choose to see the good in people (Unless their initials are AJ or BP) because I still believe people are inherently good. I refuse to be a cynic.

As for the issue with custody, I'm going to agree with Mykie7, I think she will fight for joint custody once all the crap with the conservatorship is over with and she's gotten herself more together.

If it's not diagnosed, then how do you know she had it? None of her mental disorders have ever been released in any official capacity, unless you count Sam saying she's bipolar.

She deserves as much privacy as anyone regarding her health issues. But if is a true psychological order that has been disabling her for the last couple of years, then it seems doubtful that she's suddenly well enough for her father to end the conservatorship, and curious that she's been seen drinking alcohol at different events, if she's on psych meds.
