I've never made this before, but since I am obsessed with the HOUSE OF TSANG® BANGKOK PADANG™ Peanut Sauce this is on my list to try. As soon as I try this, I post my opinion on it. Enjoy!

Padang Noodle Salad - 12 servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds penne pasta
1 cup carrot, cut into 1/4-inch slanted slices
1 cup red bell pepper, cut into 3/8" x 2" strips
1 cup red cabbage, finely sliced
1/2 ounce green onion, chopped
1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® BANGKOK PADANG™ Peanut Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup peanuts, toasted
Prepare penne pasta; drain and set aside. Blanch carrots and red pepper; set aside. In large bowl, combine penne pasta and vegetables; chill for 1-2 hours. In small bowl, stir together the peanut sauce, honey and lime juice. Pour peanut sauce over the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
