Halle Berry ran some errands before meeting friends for dinner at Ketchup in LA yesterday. Once again, she makes a casual get-up look glamorous. Her ex-husband Eric Benet agrees, saying he hasn't spoken to Halle in a long time, but that she looks great and he's happy for her. Considering she's got plenty of love to share with Gabriel, Nahla, and even Obama, we're thinking Halle is happily moved on as well.

10juicy- I totally agree with you. She did say that his daughter was like her daughter. It is not like we really know for a fact that Halle does not speak to the girl, but I doubt it.
That is sad because it is not very nice to make a child feel secure and loved one minute and just because a marriage does not work the child gets dissed.
I really like Halle's style and looks, but she has done a few things that make me question her ethics.

As for India, supposedly she was adopting her while married to Eric, and she remained close to her for awhile, but from what I read, the divorce got ugly and supposedly it's Eric who didn't want Halle to have contact with India. It's possible the adoption wasn't final at the time he pulled the plug, leaving Halle no option.

30Eric didn't cut Halle off. Halle got bored w/ parenting when her relationship w/ Eric and India stop being "perfect". She apparently can't separate her bad feelings for him from her relationship w/ India. He has refused to say anything negative about Halle related to that issue. However, when Halle made yet another nasty statement in the press back in 2006 he did say Halle is a Liar reporting he is receiving alimony and that she used to say how much she loved India but has nothing to do with her. The article was from NY Post w/ Liz Smith Page Six. Eric was publicly asking Halle to stop bad-mouthing him in the press because her comments were hurting India. Unfortunately, she is still talkin' trash so India's feelings mean nothing to her.
