JCP, well jugding from what is seems to be blond stains on his jeans maybe these are his old clothes and the paramedics or surgeons had to rip off that sleeve because that's where his injury was.

Im glad his little 'mistake' didnt end up killing some innocent victims on the road that he decided to drive on. I think if he wants to kill himself by being irresponsible, more power to him. BUT, noone asked for him to unleash his boozebag on the road.

First, I agree with you Alisha IF he was in fact drunk.

I am beginning to think though that he wasn't intoxicated at all. 1st, he didn't flee the scene when the guy that hit HIM told him to. 2nd, they didn't do a breathalyzer at the scene and 3rd, the girl with him said he wasn't and that she would never get into a car with someone that was impaired.

Something's fishy here. I mean, tell me YOU didn't assume right off that the accident was his fault. I know I did, and I'm glad I'm wrong about it. But what else am I wrong about? I will wait for an official sentencing before passing judgement.

If he was in fact drunk or even slightly intoxicated, then yeah, he's a MAJOR jaggass. (I use that word all the time. LMAO)

Cops now say they will not continue with the charges against him until his toxicology report comes back. Meaning even they now question whether he was drunk or not.

If his BAC comes back under the legal limit..no more DUI charge. Since he was not to blame for the accident.. no reckless driving charges..

So now its a waiting game.

Micheal Bay says he doesn't think he was drunk, Isabel's mother says he wasn't, witness at the scene before the cops arrived said they didn't think he was drunk.. the cop who was suspicious didn't even give him a breath analyzer at the scene..

And there sits my poor Cougar Bait in his bloody and cut up clothes cause he didn't want them to take his picture in a gown with his cheeks showing..

that has to suck, but think about it - when you flip your car - if the worst is having hand surgery - then you're lucky. i hope that whatever the case was with the driving thing - DUI or not that things settle down for him.

i really didn't expect to see pics of him for awhile since he's supposed to be resting. while i'm glad to see he's alright, i'm starting to feel guilty about looking at pap pics of him, since he said he hates them and here they are taking his pic at the hospital! wt? thats creepy, they can't even let him rest and relax at the hospital? wheres security? yeah and i agree someone should have brought him some fresh clothes. his paw tattoo is so cute!

Aww, Shia let me give you a hug He may have made a mistake however I doubt he was falling over drunk. Still doesn't excuse him however he didn't cause the crash.

i don't know how this would be a lesson to him. it was the other person's fault and he's been found guilty of nothing. his hand was crushed so he'll likely have life long problems. very sad and unfair for anyone.

Wow, I couldn't be more disappointed in this kid . . . I think he's an irresponsible idiot. Seriously, I know we all make mistakes and no one's perfect but he has no excuse for this behavior. I agree with other bloggers on this subject, with the money this kid has he can hire someone to follow him around as he bar-hops and drinks him self silly and then drive him home at the end of the night. I don't understand why in LA all drivers aren't given a breathalyser test after being involved in an accident.

mrpresident, have you ever been a smoker? Then don't judge. YOu have NO IDEA what stress it creates in the human body to deprive yourself of nicotine when you're addicted. I have been trying to quit forever it seems, and when I had surgery, I was on many different painkillers post surgery, but that didn't stop my craving. Did my doctor advise not to smoke TOO MUCH, yes he did, but he also knew that I was having "shakes" from lack of nicotine and told me it would be better to have one and calm down that continue to try and fight it.

Makes me mad when people that have NO IDEA what the addicition does to you physically sit back in their armchairs and judge.

i agree mykie, right on. never been a smoker but i have friends who do and its very hard to quit, you cant just up and stop.
