Now that the adoption is finalized, Angelina left Vietnam this morning with Maddox, Zahara and Pax in tow. Although the family will soon be back overseas for Angelina's new movie, for now she is eager to get back to the states so that Pax can get accustomed to his new life with his new family. Here's more
Jolie, 31, understands the challenges her new son will face as the latest addition to the world's most famous multicultural family. "You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings, with new people and a new language," she tells PEOPLE in its new issue. "He is very strong." But she is committed to making his transition as smooth as possible. "It will take him a while to realize he has a family," she says, "and that his new life is permanent and that it won't keep changing."
"We are slowly beginning to build his trust and bond," Jolie says, "but it will feel complete only when we are all together."
Poor Maddox and Zahara look exhausted! Those two have more frequent flier miles than any other celebrity kids. Pax has only just begun to join in on all the Jolie-Pitt adventures. Let's hope he likes his new home. Mommy sure looks happy to have her hands full with a new beautiful son.

19Hey....I am sure he is freaking out.. nothing against AJ AT ALL!! When I go to France and my husband leaves me in a market.. I don't know the language I start to panic.. like holy crap what if I need something.. what if I get lost.. as an adult I can reason that I will be OK but as a child.. how scary that must truly be. Thankfully he has a LOVING mother now.. she will make sure he is OK.. My kids play with the village kids in France, it is amazing how kids can play without a common language!!

Kids learn very quickly I don't doubt pax will pick up average english in just two months. I think he will be able to express his feelings at the very least. I hope Mad isn't jealous. Now there's another boy in the family!

Sleeping kids are the best. One of the Vietnamese officials said Angie hired a translator to go home with them. For how long I don't know.
44Pax does look scared getting on the plane. My very first plane ride was when I was 3 and I peed myself. Good times.
45People areacting like this is the first child to ever be adopted. Of course he is going to be a bit freaked out, is life is totally changing, but for the better. People who adopt kids do not do a gradual crossover, they take the kid and go. When he sees his new life , toys, great food, sports andall the LOVE he will be getting, Im sure he will be great.
I really doubt he speaks English, he may not even speak his native languag that great, but Im pretty sure Angie will have a spcialist assist very quickly.
