there's something MK is guilty for... I don't know what, but that little munchkin isn't as innocent as people believe she is. If she's seeking IMMUNITY FOR GOD'S SAKE she is definitely hiding something. I think she knows far more than Heath's own family might know. Mary Kate Olsen appears to be very shady here. If she did nothing wrong (ie give him pills or direct him to someone who could due to her own widely rumored addictions) then she probably would talk without the request of immunity. Asking for that appears like she did something or knows far more than she would like people to believe. Shame on her.

Oh and I hope Christina Applegate recovers! That is so sad that she is afflicted with cancer at such a young age, but I'm glad that it is not life-threatening.

I'm not saying MK is right, HOWEVER, do you all realize that if you are given a prescription for say, Tylenol 3 with codeine, and then a friend injures themself and you give THEM one to help, you have just broken a MAJOR law.

MK probably knows this, and if she provided ANYTHING prescription to Heath, even just one time, she could be in trouble if it contributed to his death.

I've done that without thinking, but it's really dangerous to do. It's not done maliciously (At least not in my case) and it's not done as a "WHOO HOO TAKE THIS and you'll get high!" It's just a friend wanting to help another friend.

I'm not saying that's what she did, but it could be, and if he died as a result, she could be facing a WORLD of trouble. She's smart to ask for immunity if you ask me.

Now, that said, if she provided him with drugs on a regular basis, then I say she fry's. LOL

Trendy, yes, unless it's like I said, it was a "non-thinking" move. Like a friend says "Oh MAN I sprained my ankle and it hurts something AWFUL" and as a friend you say "I may have a (insert name of pain killer here) left over, do you want one until you can get to the doctor?" Yes, that's still illegal, but I think there's a specific distinction there.

Now, if she KNEW what she was doing and was providing drugs to him on an ongoing basis instead of just one that one time to maybe help him sleep or something like that, then yes, she ought to be prosecuted.
